Both. You can be seen in person at 3812 Tarheel Drive, Suite I, Raleigh, NC 27609, or by secure video from anywhere in North Carolina. The choice is yours, and you can move between the two as it suits you.

Ages 6 and up, anywhere in North Carolina. Care covers psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, or medication and therapy together.

The first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation of about 60 minutes. You will have time to talk through your history, what is happening now, how it affects your daily life, and what you want to be different. You do not need the right words or a diagnosis to begin. Before it ends, you and your provider agree a plan together.

Yes. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Ifeoma Alaribe evaluates, prescribes and manages psychiatric medication. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose, and refills are handled between follow-up visits.

Yes. Some people come for medication management, some for therapy, and many for both. Because both are available here, you are not handed between providers, and the plan can change as you do.

About 30 minutes. They are for reviewing how the plan is working, raising anything that is not, and adjusting it. They are not a formality.

Over secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You receive a private link before your appointment and join from a quiet, private space on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to download and no waiting room.

Yes, from age 6. A parent or guardian is involved in the first appointment and in consent, and we will agree together how much of the ongoing work stays private to your child.

Yes. Sessions run on HIPAA-compliant video and clinical records are protected under federal privacy law. That is common, and it is fine. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or the right vocabulary to start. Come as you are and describe what has been happening in your own words.
